    • Improve the process and pace of onboarding New Members through member-led outreach, including our Shop Stewards and TAG-ME

    • Provide an accessible and welcoming environment at Union meetings, events, & actions

    • Work with members on Honorable Withdrawal to address their needs and keep them engaged in TAG

    • Better connect members with available financial resources, assistance, and benefits

    • Work with legislators and political allies to pass animation worker-friendly protections and incentives

    • Strengthen TAG by continuing to unionize new studios and bargaining units

    • Broaden TAG’s organizing efforts to include indie studios and non-traditional animation work

    • Build power to win staffing and outsourcing protections at the bargaining table in 2027

    • Support and expand the Shop Stewards, TAG Captains, and Committee programs

    • Provide training and education for members on our contracts, the negotiation process, and how to build collective power

    • Foster intergenerational bonds and shared knowledge between new and veteran members

    • Empower members to bring the Union conversation into the workplace without fear or intimidation

    • Build bonds of solidarity between TAG and other Unions, both at the leadership and membership levels

    • Join the Labor movement in fights against anti-Union legislation and policies

    • Vocally defend our civil, human, and labor rights as Union members

    • Support the efforts of TAG’s Political Coordinator to secure protections and incentives for animation workers
